About the Resource Centre
The Resource Centre was set up to support the Authority’s mission of promoting and facilitating the development of fair and efficient capital markets in Kenya by providing access to information sources and resources on all aspects of capital markets. The Resource Centre is targeted to be conducive for quiet study and research.

The Resource Centre houses specialized collections of books, journals and proceedings covering subjects related to the capital markets, such as financial products, investment planning, accounting and corporate governance among others. Other information resources include: prospectuses, licensee’s accounts, annual reports and financial statements for listed companies on the Nairobi Security Exchange.
We also subscribe to a host of e-resources including journals, magazines and online databases to ensure access to global trends and data. We also have a special collection on investor education where one can find books and other information resources on basics of investing in the Capital Markets.

The Resource Centre boasts a unique collection of financial statements for all the listed companies in the Nairobi Securities Exchange dating from the 1990’s to the present-day. This provides a critical reference for both local and international researchers, scholars of the securities exchange and the listed companies.
In keeping with the emerging Information Communication technologies the Resource Centre is working towards making more content available
